Registered Manager – Rebecca Mannion
Rebecca joined Bridge Care Service in November 2022 after much research and
Rebecca has been in care both personally and professionally for 13+ years and prior to working in care worked in retail and customer service from the age of 16.
Rebecca decided to venture into the care sector following looking after a close relative because she wanted to make a difference and offer high stand care to people who need it. Rebecca has teenage called Aiden with Autism and a Beagle dog called Baxter.
Rebecca’s duties consist of overseeing the running’s of the service/business and supporting/managing the care team with their role.
Quality Assurance Manager – Diane Brown
Diane joined Bridge Care Services in September 2004 as a care and support worker and progressed through the ranks due to her commitment and quality of care delivered.
Diane was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager in October 2020.
Diane starting within the care sector in 2004 and worked in retail prior.
Diane is married with 3 children and 7 grandchildren and enjoys going on holiday and spending time with friends and family.
Diane’s role consists of supporting the care staff in the field, carrying out new client assessments and monitoring our compliance.
Coordinator – Christine Prince
Chris joined Bridge Care Services in 2001 as a care worker and progressed to Care Manager in 2008.
Chris worked customer services prior to starting in the care sector.
Chris enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren and walking her dog Harley.
Chris’s role consists of scheduling our staff rota’s for the Romiley area, managing the Romiley team, liaising with families, clients and social workers and carrying out supervision’s.
Heather joined Bridge Care Services in 2001 as a care worker and progressed to oncall duty manager in 2003, she then began supporting with assessments in the office in 2009 and then in 2010 was promoted to Care Manager.
In her personal time she enjoys spending time with her 3 boys, going out for meals and walking her dog Murphy.
Heather’s role consists of scheduling our staff rota’s for the Marple area, managing the Marple team, liaising with families, clients and social workers and carrying out supervision’s.
